HCS SCS SB 619 -- EMERGENCY HEALTH SERVICES; EASEMENT IN SEDALIA

This bill allows licensed ambulance service providers to provide
services at the Missouri State Fair.

The bill also allows the Department of Agriculture to grant an
easement to the City of Sedalia.

The Department of Health is allowed to issue a 90-day, temporary
emergency medical technicians license if certain conditions are
met.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
